How about giving some more effects for customs?
i.e:
vamp wing [+5 stats, 10% life steal]
elemental wings [+5 stats, 5% resistance to fire, earth, wind and water]
bloody wing [+5stats, +5%dmg to demi human]
dragon wing [+5stats, 20% reduce after cast delay]
artic wings [+5stats, +5% matk]
white fairy wing [+5stats, +20flee]
dark fairy wing [+5stat, +5% atk]
mid:
+2 stats, +5% aspd <for sinx or other job>
+2stats, +5% atk <for lk, ws, etc>
+2stats, nullify gem stone requirement <for hw,prof, and hp>
+2stats, +5% max hp <for pally, lk>
HG:
alucard hat [+5stat, if equipped with vamp wing +5% life steal]
for other hg:
-10% more damage to demi-human, +5 str, agi, dex
-10% reduce damage from demi-human +5 vit,str, dex
-5% reduce damage from demi-human, 5% more damage to demi human, +5stats
p.s don't hate this. this is just my suggestion coz we know that more effect means more thrill to pvp or woe and and so that the each custom can have different effect not only +5stats.
